At Meramoro, every product is made specially for each customer after the order is placed. Because of this, we do not accept general returns or exchanges for incorrect sizing, color selection, or change of mind.
However, if there is a problem with your order, we’re here to help.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:
Your order number
Clear photos of the item
A short description of the issue
Once reviewed and approved, we may offer:
A free replacement
A full refund
Store credit
In most cases, you will not need to return the item.
Sizing & Color Selection
Please carefully review the size chart and product details before placing your order.
Because each item is produced specifically for you, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges for:
Ordering the wrong size
Choosing the wrong color
Changing your mind after purchase
Accidental orders
Order Changes & Cancellation
Orders can only be modified or canceled within 2 hours of purchase.
After this timeframe, production may already begin and the order can no longer be changed or canceled.
Shipping Issues
If your package is lost, arrives damaged during shipping, or experiences unusual delays, please contact us and we will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, weather, or holiday periods
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.
Depending on your bank or payment provider, refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear.
Final Sale Items
Items marked as “Final Sale” or purchased during special clearance promotions are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
